Season 5 for ‘True Blood‘ is promising more tears, and all the promo posters and trailers are living up to it as the latest below shows everyone from the past seasons crying blood and human tears. We keep hearing this is the most controversial season of the HBO vampire show ever.
Alan Ball is surely going out on a bang for his last season of ‘True Blood‘ and Ryan Kwanten (Jason Stackhouse) told us that this season is “by far our most controversial. It’s pushing the boundaries even more. There’s a whole host of new characters and supernatural beings.” Among the new faces is Christopher Meloni’s Roman, who is the leader of The Vampire Authority. Peter Mensah, Jacob Hopkins, Valentina Cervi, Christopher Heyerdahl and Carolyn Hennesy also join the cast as the Vampire Authority chancellors. The promotions for this season is all about crying and the clip below is really funny showing all the main characters from the past seasons doing their crying best. We’ll also have an interview with one of the newest additions to the Vampire Authority coming up!
The clip doesn’t show anything new, but lots of fun crying scenes, and the funniest is watching Joe Manganiello looking rather bored while his she wolf cries into his chest. What I wouldn’t give to be in her shoes! One person we know will be returning is Scott Foley who made a surprise visit as Terry’s war buddy, and with “True Blood” people don’t just pop in for nothing. I’m hearing there’ll be a great storyline involving him this season. So get ready for June 10, 2012 when it comes back all barrels blazing away to make fans not so happy with last season’s over the top storylines happier.
