Best movies ever has been looking forward to AMC’s The Walking Dead as we’ve loved the graphic novel it’s based on. AMC has really turned it on the past few years with their programming and we’re expecting the same quality as Mad Men, Rubicon and Breaking Bad with The Walking Dead.

So if you’re a fan of the AMC dramas “Mad Men” and “Breaking Bad” I think you’ll be in for a nice surprise with their attempt at horror. The cable network has been developing the new series, “The Walking Dead“, which is an adaptation of the graphic novel of the same name. Best movies ever loves Mad Men since it started and Rubicon is an interesting twist of Fringe and X-Files.
The first season of “The Walking Dead” will only be six episodes and it will make its debut during AMC’s Fearfest in October. The series will be written, produced and directed by three-time Academy Award-nominee Frank Darabont and produced by Gale Anne Hurd (The Incredible Hulk, The Terminator). The story centers on Rick Grimes, a small-town cop who leads a group of survivors in their struggle against a world besieged by zombies.
