2010 saw 3D movies have some major growing pains after ‘Clash Of the Titans‘ served a wake up call to the studios so we decided to put together the best and worst 3D movies of the year.
‘Megamind’ topped the box office again with Unstoppable and Due Date right behind it. As we predicted, ‘Skyline’ and Morning Glory had very weak showings.
AMC’s computer problems made Megamind look like it was underperforming this weekend but it hit Number One with Due Date at Number Two and Tyler Perry’s critically reviled For Colored Girls Hitting Number Three was not as successful as his previous films.
Saw 3D took the number one spot this weekend, but we hope that doesn’t make LionsGate breaks its promise that it’s the final one. Paranormal Activity took number two with Red holding number 3
As Best Movies Ever told you last week, Paramount has got Jackass 4 on the way next year, but now they’ve ordered three more Jackass films. Now it’s up to Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O & Company to name their price. If they’re smart they’ll wrangle for more than the $2 million per pic Paramount’s offering each of them.
Paramount Pictures ruled the box office again this weekend with two films this time. Paranormal Activity 2 broke records for the biggest horror movies opening weekend and Jackass 3D came in number 2 after breaking box office records last weekend. Paramount has two solid franchises which Best Movies Ever loved.
Best Movies Ever got the latest Tron: Legacy movie poster sent over yesterday, and it hearkens back to the original Tron poster from 1982 as you’ll see below. Jeff Bridges and Garrett Hedlund headline the sequel to the cult movie.
Best Movies Ever knew with the success of Jackass 3D Paramount Pictures would be scrambling to get a Jackass 4 going quickly and our sources tell us it may be sooner than you think
Best Movies Ever predicted that Jackass 3D would make a killing this weekend and it made box office history with the best fall movie opening ever. We love how people love to put the movie down, but it shows we all love to have some stupid in our lives, especially in the midst of all the serious movies out right now.
Johnny Knoxville & Company are back with Jackass 3D, and while I enjoy the ride although the boys are starting to show their getting older. They still know how to have fun, but not always with as much zeal.
Best Movies Ever has loved Jackass since it was on MTV and now having Jackass 3D really excites us and getting a fun interview with the cast including Johnny Knoxville, Steve O, Bam and Bunny Boy caps it off nicely.
Best movies ever has always loved Jackass just for the pure stupidness and bizarreness of Johnny Knoxville, Steve O, Bunnyboy and the rest of the crew. Best movies ever is sure this will make a quick amount of money in the first couple weeks and then again on DVD blu-ray.
