We loved the prologue for Chris Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight Rises’, and the latest theatrical trailer below makes us want the movie to be out now! It’s the perfect trailer that makes you excited for Summer 2012.

Chris Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ has taken to the real streets of Gotham to film some protesting action and several vids were sent over to us from fans so check them out below.

The story will pick up after the events of The Dark Knight, with Christian Bale returning as the Caped Crusader — this time pitted against the deadly Bane (Tom Hardy) and Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman (Anne Hathaway).

No surprises here, but Chris Nolan has made it official that he’ll be working again with Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Tom Hardy from ‘Inception’ along with Marion Cotillard for ‘The Dark Knight Rises’.

We’ve been hearing for months rumours that Chris Nolan was going to tie ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ back to the first film ‘Batman Begins’ using The League Of Shadows, and casting Josh Pence as a young Ra’s Al Ghul helps keep those rumours alive.

Chris Nolan has confirmed with Best Movies Ever that The Dark Knight Rises is his last Batman movie and squelched rumors that Heath Ledger footage would appear.

SUPERMAN UPDATE! Chris Nolan finally chose Zack Snyder as his Superman 3;0 director which will probably piss off many but the real scoop is that General Zod will be back as the primary villain like in Richard Donner’s version!

Best movies ever didn’t expect Superman to get another reboot so quickly but when Chris Nolan decides to do something, it happens right away. We only hope this doesn’t mean a longer wait for Batman 3.
