Best action movies ever has high hopes for Zach Snyder‘s latest. Sucker Punch is a movie about little girl who is trying to hide from the pain caused by her evil stepfather and lobotomy.
She ends up in mental institution and while there she starts to imagine alternative reality. She plans to escape from that imaginary world but to do that she needs to steal five objects before she is caught by a vile man. Story is set in 1950′s.
Sucker Punch seems like it’s going to be one of those movies that totally blows you away or just blows, but with Zach Snyder, I’m going to think that this will be blowing me away for best action movies ever. I still love watching 300 and immediately got it on Blu-Ray knowing that it would be amazing, and man were we blown away by the visuals. Thankfully we’ve got a very nice set-up so watching it at home was so much nicer than seeing it when it came out at the theater.
The film will be released in 2D, 3D, and 3D IMAX.
Director Zack Snyder and Sucker Punch stars Carla Gugino (Watchmen), Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Vanessa Hudgens, and Emily Browning were all at the Comic-Con 2010 Sucker Punch Press Conference talking about dancing, character-development, and their kick-ass all female cast.
