Here’s you chance to vent about someone you’d love to take some sweet revenge out on and possibly win a dvd copy of Kevin Corrigan’s ‘Some Guy Who Kills People’ at the same time! This is that rare movie that’s actually much better than the trailer.
Here’s an easy win for two lucky readers to get dvd’s of Kevin Corrigan’s ‘Some Guy Who Kills People’ horror/comedy film. All you have to do is write out what your ideal revenge would be on someone who’s done you wrong (or maybe just someone you want to exact revenge on anyway) in our comments section below. We’ll pull out the most creative ones and you’ll get your own copy of the film. I’ll be interviewing writer/producer Ryan Levin and we’ll see if he’ll throw in a signed copy of the film too for you. This is our third contest with Anchor Bay, and the responses have been pretty amazing so we’re continuing on with each release so you all will be getting plenty of chances to get your hands on some great films and box sets…yes that’ll also include ‘The Walking Dead Season 2′ and ‘Spartacus: Vengeance‘!.
We’ll be reviewing the film later this week, and our editor got to see it over the weekend, and he said that the trailer actually didn’t do the movie justice. That’s pretty rare for him since most films don’t live up to the trailer. Now I can’t wait to see it myself and see if he’s on with his comment and review. From the sound of it, the film’s got a lot more going for it than just a straight up indie horror/comedy that’s trying too hard. It was great to hear that since it’s got a pretty tight cast, and after seeing ‘Demoted’, I hate to see a good cast be put in a bad film!
Some Guy Who Kills People Movie Synopsis
Few films achieve the perfect balance of genuine sincerity, tastefully ironic humor, and the heightened level of blood and guts expected from horror movies. On July 3rd, Anchor Bay Entertainment brings you one of these rare gems with SOME GUY WHO KILLS PEOPLE. Executive produced by famed director John Landis, SOME GUY WHO KILLS PEOPLE boasts impeccable performances by Kevin Corrigan, Barry Bostwick, Karen Black, Leo Fitzpatrick, Ariel Gade and Lucy Davis.
At first glance, Ken Boyd (Corrigan) may seem like an average comic enthusiast, living with his mother and working to make ends meet as an underpaid, underappreciated ice cream parlor attendant. But Ken has a dirty little secret: he fantasizes about killing people. After being released from a stay in the loony bin for severe mental trauma suffered when he was beaten and tortured by a gang of high school thugs, Ken’s repressed anger suddenly reaches a boiling point. He begins to hunt down his tormentors, one by one, and exacts his bloody revenge – all the while forming an unconventional bond with his estranged 11-year old daughter (Gade).
Starring: Kevin Corrigan, Barry Bostwick, Karen Black, Leo Fitzpatrick, Ariel Gade, and Eric Price

Yup, the name says it all, and I love doing whatever I can to help out at Best Movies Ever whether it's learning drag etiquette from Miss Sashay to keeping our image galleries updated. But what I really love is writing about the action films and sci fi as I'm a huge geek and love my job! Female movie geeks apply anytime.

I also think you should be gettting profits through torrents too, i just do it cause its easy i guess. Not because i want to jip off you guys. Maybe get a paypal and collect money from all those willing torrenters out there.
A lot of people use piratebay these days. But believe me if there was a way to contribute some money towards that movie a lot of people would, considering they liked the movie. Unlike going to the theater and paying for something you don't know you'll like. 7 out of 10 I don't. This movie was good though.
I love piratebay, I mean it really is a company that gives something very valuable to people. And it is great to have movies so early released on sites with torrents. And if the movie is good - I will either go to cinema and watch it with my girlfriend or friends (because it is a good movie and I am ready to pay to see it on big screen and eat popcorn) or I will buy it on DVD when it comes out. So TPB is not actually destroying Holly industry but is rather eliminating crap movies from getting $
