Ryan Murphy’s been working his Twitter so hard for American Horror Story: Asylum, I was wondering when he’d deliver some more Glee news and he’s hitting on that front now including Blake Jenner and Klaine.
UPDATE: As we told you yesterday that Gloria Estefan was in negotiations to return to Glee and now it’s all done. She’ll be back as we told you yesterday! “I’m totally up for it, are you kidding me? I had a blast! I’m a big gleek myself and it was such a thrill to play Santana’s mom,” Estefan said about returning for Season 4 of the show. Plus she’ll get a duet with daughter Santana!
Twitter is Ryan Murphy’s big friend to the Glee and American Horror Story: Asylum world, and he’s revealing new images from the set along with the official name for The Glee Project Season 2 winner Blake Jenner. As we reported, Blaine (Darren Kriss) and Kurt (Chris Colfer) will go through some growing pains, but they are going to be one of the couples who survive the big Episode 4 Break-Up. Brittana is a whole other story sadly, and Gloria Estefan is in negotiations to return as Santana’s mom.
Murphy tweeted out the latest pics of Darren Criss and Chord Overstreet which is above. The news that we reported earlier that Murphy confirmed was that newcomer Blake Jenner would be thrown immediately into a relationship when he lands on Episode 5. Yup, it’s with Brittany too, but he also slipped in that there’s going to be a shocking secret with Ryder aka Blake Jenner which is just an easy one that he’s related to Finn. They already have a similar look and style so the shocking part will be more to the characters than the audience. Don’t be surprised to find Finn back in Ohio having something to do with football with Ryder.
I’m sure some of the fans will try to attack our reporting skills here again, but it’s all been confirmed by three sources already, and we keep proving right, thank you very much!
Kurt’s story is really going to be good and Murphy’s really spending some time with this one. He’s showing how things really can be when you move to New York City and hold on to a long distance relationship while also having to make changes in your career that were unexpected. As you all know Sarah Jessica Parker is back on tv playing his boss at Vogue which is funny since that was her idol on Sex and the City. I like the fact that Kurt will be trying his wings in different areas and not just acting as this is how the real world can be where your passion winds up finding you, and it’s sounding like this could turn that way for him.
The big growing pains for he and Blaine will be the move and finding room to fit a relationship into his life while Blaine is still in Ohio. From what I’m hearing, don’t be surprised if the little Warbler relocated high school to New York. He already changed schools for Kurt once. As Murphy said last week, those images from the New York City shoot with Kurt upset don’t mean the end of Klaine.
