Bravo was very kind to let Sheree Whitfield claim that she quit ‘The Real Housewives Of Atlanta‘ although everyone knows it was a big ole firing weeks ago with a new housewife already chosen to replace her.
One of the most reviled ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta‘, and Sheree Whitfield couldn’t even go out Housewives style as she could only get Wetpaint to break the ‘exclusive’ that we already broke over two week ago. Sheree made it official on her Twitter page by stating, “Yes it is official. I’m leaving Real Housewives of Atlanta. I enjoyed my time working with everyone affiliated with the show.” There’s not been much on sympathy fans on her Twit site either with not even a handful of well wishers which only solidifies the fact that she just didn’t have the following of NeNe Leakes or even Phaedra Parks.
Sheree claim of ‘qutting’ the show was with her comment, “After four solid seasons of helping Bravo build the show into its most successful ‘Housewives’ franchise, I have decided to leave. The direction the show is going in is no longer a fit for my lifestyle. “I’m tired of the fighting and the cattiness… I want to be part of something that empowers and inspires women to not only be healthy, but to treat themselves with respect. I wish the rest of the women the best of luck.” ” Our sources over at the Bravo house couldn’t contain their laughter when I read that comment to them. “That has always been the problem with Sheree. She has such delusion of grandeur that she truly felt the show would be nothing without her,” they said between laughs at her statement. “Her uncalled for attack on NeNe’s [Leaks] son at the reunion only showed her low class and shallow hopes of the show unfiring her, and that was never going to happen, and we’re all thankful here even if the network put out such a nice statement for her benefit.”
Bravo’s statement about her ‘leaving’ was, “We have enjoyed working with Sheree as part of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’. We wish her all the best in the future.” I’d love to hear NeNe Leakes laughter at that canned statement, but we already knew the real story, and now she can go to show everyone that she can make it on her own with ‘She By Sheree’. Oh yeah, she says going to focus her attention on fashion again with that line that went nowhere, and she’s also going into a fitness venture so everyone can have as healthy a lifestyle as she has. Another source at Bravo was amused by this also and had this to say. “The only venture Sheree Whitfield should be venturing into is some amazing pharmaceuticals to come down and face reality!” I think that says it all and it’s been confirmed that a new housewife is already in place for the show that promises quite the drama.
