‘G.I. Joe: Retaliation‘ will easily be way better than the original as they’ve brought in the extra fire power of Bruce Willis and Dwayne Johnson. Here’s some new images to check out below that also has Channing Tatum in it.
When ‘G.I. Joe Retaliation‘ was announced, I don’t think many people were expecting much, but Jon Chu inserted Dwayne Johnson, who seems to be the right thing to slip into an action franchise to ramp it up…plus Bruce Willis is doing his thing. The ‘old’ jokes are rather tired, but you know Willis will pull out the big guns, especially up against Johnson. It’s a perfect summer escape film in a summer full of them!

It’ll be interesting to see Jon Chu taking on this after directing those ‘Step Up‘ movies. If you notice some fancy footwork from the guys in their shooting, thanks to the director and Adam Shankman for that! Don’t forget Channing Tatum’s other film ‘Magic Mike‘ opens that day so if you’re so inclined to see him with less attire, it’s a double header day for you!
