More Action Daniel Craig 007 ‘Skyall’ Images Plus Adele Confirmed

Finally, Adele has been confirmed to perform the Skyfall James Bond theme song, and there’s a great clip below of the underwater fight scene with Daniel Craig plus new images of course. Check them all out below

We’d already reported last month that Adele was in the studio recording the James Bond Skyfall theme, but now it’s all official. Plus there’s a great featurette of filming Daniel Craig’s 007 underwater fight scene along with some new action images with Ola Rapace working the train.

According to the singer: After reading the script for the film, Adele enlisted Paul Epworth to co-write and produce the theme song to Skyfall. Adele admits, “I was a little hesitant at first to be involved with the theme song for SKYFALL. There’s a lot of instant spotlight and pressure when it comes to a Bond song. But I fell in love with the script and Paul had some great ideas for the track and it ended up being a bit of a no-brainer to do it in the end. It was also a lot of fun writing to a brief, something I’ve never done which made it exciting. When we recorded the strings, it was one of the proudest moments of my life. I’ll be back combing my hair when I’m 60 telling people I was a Bond girl back in the day, I’m sure!”

The song will available this Friday on iTunes so you’ll be able to hear early if you find it James Bond worthy. Thanks to the folks at Sony for the train fight images, and finally official declaration of Adele performing the 007 theme song.

Skyfall Movie Synopsis

In SKYFALL, Bond’s loyalty to M (JUDI DENCH) is tested as her past returns to haunt her. 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.
