What’s a better gift for that new love than ‘The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence‘ so director Tom Six is releasing his latest controversial over the top film on Valentine’s Day.
Tom Six is definitely a wonderfully twisted guy as only he or Rob Zombie would release such a squirm inducing film as ‘The Human Centipede 2:: Full Sequence‘ on that sacred holiday cooked up the greeting card industry, Valentine’s Day. I actually found ‘The Human Centipede‘ pretty interesting, but I saw it months after all the hoopla was over so I wasn’t influenced.
Obviously, it’s not a film for everyone, but there was something entrancing about the film that you just couldn’t take your eyes off it. I’ve not seen this latest ‘Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence’ yet either as some films are better watched at home, and from the trailers I’ve seen, Six has obviously upped the ante considerably. The guys’ smart at marketing these films which which would have fallen way off the radar long ago if not for the very original storyline and effects. When even South Park basically dedicates a full episode to your film, you know you’ve hit that cultural milestone. I have a feeling when ‘Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence’ hits on February 14, 2012, sales and VOD will do rather brisk business as this is the type of film that people you wouldn’t expect to watch it will.
