It’s been quite The Hobbit An Unexpected Adventure marketing splurge in the past week with the latest trailer and clips to create your own alternate trailer, and now Bilbo Baggins stands alone with his mighty sword at full attention. Unlike James Bond’s Skyfall, where his gun doesn’t stay so full mast, Martin Freeman shows off he’s ready to impale something with that sword!

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey Movie Synopsis
“The Hobbit” follows the journey of title character Bilbo Baggins, who is swept into an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor, which was long ago conquered by the dragon Smaug. Approached out of the blue by the wizard Gandalf the Grey, Bilbo finds himself joining a company of thirteen dwarves led by the legendary warrior, Thorin Oakensheild. Their journey will take them into the Wild; through treacherous lands swarming with Goblins and Orcs, deadly Wargs and Giant Spiders, Shapeshifters and Sorcerers.

Although their goal lies to the East and the wastelands of the Lonely Mountain first they must escape the goblin tunnels, where Bilbo meets the creature that will change his life forever … Gollum.
Here, alone with Gollum, on the shores of an underground lake, the unassuming Bilbo Baggins not only discovers depths of guile and courage that surprise even him, he also gains possession of Gollum’s “precious” ring that holds unexpected and useful qualities … A simple, gold ring that is tied to the fate of all Middle-earth in ways Bilbo cannot begin to know.

Starring: Martin Freeman, Ian Holm, Ian McKellen, Richard Armitage, Graham McTavish, Ken Stott, Aidan Turner, Dean O’Gorman, Mark Hadlow, Jed Brophy, Adam Brown, John Callen, Peter Hambleton, William Kircher, James Nesbitt, Stephen Hunter, Christopher Lee, Elijah Wood, Orlando Bloom, Evangeline Lilly, Andy Serkis, Hugo Weaving, Benedict Cumberbatch, Mikael Persbrandt, Lee Pace, Stephen Fry, Cate Blanchett, Sylvester McCoy, Jeffrey Thomas, Mike Mizrahi, Bret McKenzie, Ryan Gage, Barry Humphries, Conan Stevens, and John Bell.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey will be released December 14 in 2D, 3D, IMAX and 3D 48 frames per second.

The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug will be released on December 13, 2013 in 2D, 3D, IMAX and 3D 48 frames per second.

And The Hobbit: There And Back Again will be released July 18, 2014 in the same formats. I love that there won’t be a huge wait between the second and third film.

A lot of those White Americans probably weren't flew over, many of them probably work in NZ as part of the world renowned Weta Workshop, or some other NZ company.

Listen up.I don't condone playing the"gay card"or the"sexist card." I hate it when anyone plays the"minority card"for race, religion, sex,or whatever just to abuse the equal rights system. These ppl are the COWARDS hiding behind their minority status to abuse the system. If Hollywood/Warner Bros are really racist, then play the race card because it is the right thing to do. Otherwise,PROVE TO ME YOU AREN'T PLAYING THE RACE CARD FOR THE WRONG REASONS!
