If he’s not directing horror movies about tourists getting maimed and put through hell, Eli Roth is starring in them as with Aftershock, and he also co-wrote with director Nicolás López. Here’s a few images below of the blood letting plus a clip from the movie set in Chile.
It seems like Eli Roth has taken a sabbatical from directing, but he’s keeping plenty busy with other films like “Aftershock”, which he co-wrote and is starring in along “The Man With The Iron Fists” which he co-wrote and co-produced. The film was co-written by Latin-American filmmakers Nicolás López (who also directs), Guillermo Amoedo and Roth. It centers around the February 27, 2010 Chilean earthquake and creates a story about an asylum where the inmates are suddenly freed after the disaster. Selena Gomez is in the film so that will be a selling point plus it’s at the fun Midnight Madness at TIFF so it should be an interesting watch.
