‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Pushes Out Some Intense Fighting Images

After the over the top response to ‘The Dark Knight Rises‘ at CinemaCon, Christopher Nolan has put out some great Batman fighting Bane promo images to check out. Tom Hardy’s Bane is massive as to be expected.

Next week, you’ll get to see the latest ‘The Dark Knight Rises‘ trailer when you check out ‘The Avengers‘ (although I can assure you it’ll hit the web that day and we’ll have it for you!), but here’s some great promo images showing off Batman fighting the Bane man’s Tom Hardy. In these images, they look similar in body size, but Christian Bale is one huge guy anyway, and we’re still curious about Tom Hardy after our last article. These are two movies that I’ve been excited to see and after checking out ‘The Avengers’ already, I can’t wait to see it again with a regular crowd of people at the IMAX. I’m assuming out editor man here will be putting up his review of the film soon too. Now after seeing the 8-minute footage and then the CinemaCon 5 minute footage, I know without a doubt the final Batman movie in Chris Nolan’s trilogy is going to just kick ass so well. ‘The Amazing Spider-Man‘ will be thankful to be opening a couple weeks ahead since it would be slaughtered otherwise!

The Dark Knight Rises Movie Synopsis

The story will pick up after the events of The Dark Knight, with Christian Bale returning as the Caped Crusader — this time pitted against the deadly Bane (Tom Hardy) and Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman (Anne Hathaway).

to all saying "this should've been the teaser trailer" No. don't be silly. a company would never use sound from one movie and put in a trailer for another. that screams unprofessionalism.

I still don't know why people believed Harvey was alive. That would defeat the whole meaning of the ending.

Hmm, I never thought of that one. I just thought he just randomly picked out scenes for that one. I don't know if the "You want to be ... fooled" part matches, though. It might be referencing the fact that a lot of people thought that Two Face will return as the next villain on the third movie, then Nolan took everyone by surprised. I'm not sure about that though.

Because it's a bit difficult to combine material from different films like that. Christopher Nolan may have directed the Prestige but he might not have the rights to reuse the dialogue from it.

I love how the monolugue matches what we see. Especially "The third act, the hardest part". Becoming Batman again after all those years will be the hardest part.

I think it will be interesting to see Batman fighting at daytime. Normally he works at night so this time I'm assuming this new threat, which is in Bane will force him out of his comfort zone.
