With the box office expectations of Christopher Nolan’s final film in the Batman franchise ‘The Dark Knight Rises‘, naturally parody trailers will crop up, and here’s some rather clever ones including bringing the 1960′s squeaky Robin into the mix.
Axel Braun has his ‘The Dark Knight XXX: A Porn Parody‘, and plenty of new parody trailers have hit just weeks before ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ movie hits theaters worldwide. Everyone knows that Christopher Nolans final Batman film will be a mega blockbuster so even the studios have jumped in on the parody fun as 20th Century Fox & Blue Sky Studio have created a clever trailer for their ‘Ice Age: Continental Drift’ film entitled ‘The Dark Nut‘. That title does sound like it couldn’t been Axel Braun’s urban version of his parody, and as you’ll see below, a remix of Dark Knight Rises trailer cut to be like that original ‘Girl with the Dragon Tattoo‘ trailer that uses Karen O’s “Immigrant Song“.
This other parody (the first one below) is really stupid funny that brings in the squeaky voiced Robin from the 1960′s Batman tv campfest into the mix with the very butch voiced Batman and Bane. This Robin seems to be a common bond for the Bane Batman boys as they fight but then realize they just can’t stand the very flamboyant Robin which ends their battle. Something many of you will appreciate and definitely will make you smirk. This may also fuel those rumors that have kept going that Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s rookie cop, John Blake, will be the big surprise as Batman’s right hand Robin after all. We’ll see, but in the meantime, enjoy these three videos.
The Dark Knight Rises Movie Synopsis
Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ “The Dark Knight Rises” is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy.
It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act.
But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane.
Leading an all-star international cast, Oscar(R) winner Christian Bale (“The Fighter”) again plays the dual role of Bruce Wayne/Batman. The film also stars Anne Hathaway, as Selina Kyle; Tom Hardy, as Bane; Oscar(R) winner Marion Cotillard (“La Vie en Rose”), as Miranda Tate; and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, as John Blake. Returning to the main cast, Oscar(R) winner Michael Caine (“The Cider House Rules”) plays Alfred; Gary Oldman is Commissioner Gordon; and Oscar(R) winner Morgan Freeman (“Million Dollar Baby”) reprises the role of Lucius Fox. The screenplay is written by Christopher Nolan and Jonathan Nolan, story by Christopher Nolan & David S. Goyer. The film is produced by Emma Thomas, Christopher Nolan and Charles Roven, who previously teamed on “Batman Begins” and the record-breaking blockbuster “The Dark Knight.” The executive producers are Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Kevin De La Noy and Thomas Tull, with Jordan Goldberg serving as co-producer. The film is based upon characters appearing in comic books published by DC Comics. Batman was created by Bob Kane.

Hi. I'm the internet. See, I'm a great place to put all of your cool, creative works, to showcase some really well-produced and clever ideas. Also, I'm home to a bunch of do-nothing assholes, who see to it that their main purpose to angrily nitpick at your creation, because, hey, fuck people with a different sensibility!
Especially if it has to do with Batman, because for some reason everyone on the internet seems to believe that Batman is sacrosanct.
Anyway, your editing rocked.
