Ryan Murphy’s latest teaser trailer 20 for American Horror Story: Asylum has a little bit more story than recent ones entitled Spiral with the promise that this season will make your head spin. The latest is below with new haunting images to check out.

Amazing that we’re up to 20 teaser trailer from Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story: Asylum, but here’s a much fuller feeling one with some story along with plenty of new images to decipher the clues. The nun in black is back, and I’m assuming it’ll be Jessica Lange from the fearful look on the inmates face when she gets to the top of the Spiral staircase.

After having done a few alien themed teasers, it looks like we’re back to the scary nuns striking even more fear into the inmates than the aliens or Nazis could. Even Adam Levine has said that he’s a little afraid of watching the upcoming season even though he’s in it.

The upcoming season of American Horror Story: Asylum stars Jessica Lange, Adam Levine, Clea Duvall, Frances Conroy, Mark Consuelos, Lizzie Brochere, Franka Potente, Chloe Sevigny, Zachary Quinto, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, James Cromwell, and Joseph Fiennes and will kick in October 17, 2012.

She has cuts on her wrists.. and in that promo I saw Sarah Paulson's character also had some markings on her wrists so maybe this is a clue for her? Idk
